Through our private foundation, my partner and I actively support non-profits that make meaningful differences in communities often overlooked by traditional support systems.

Outside of work, I embrace a choose-your-own-adventure life. My interests span from outdoor adventures like skiing, backpacking, and rock climbing to creative outlets like knitting, woodworking, and fiber arts. Let's be real - being a broker isn't just about showing up and showing properties. It's about juggling a million things: creating your own business, managing finances, navigating taxes, staying on top of changing laws, keeping your finger on the pulse of the market - AND being an educator, project manager, connector, liability holder, and sometimes even an emotional support person for your client.

My background? I've been doing the business owner hustle for years. With my deep dive into taxes, real estate trends, environmental changes, policy shifts, and global economics, I can help you understand how our crazy, constantly changing world impacts your property value and buying power. I'm not here to just open doors - I'm here to blow your mind with strategic insights and next level service that go way beyond the typical broker experience.

Are you a property owner?

Nope. Not right now. I've bought and sold real estate with other brokers, and I live with my partner who owns property. I'm always on the hunt for deals that make sense, but I don't personally own real estate at the moment.

Here's the deal: owning real estate can be an incredible way to build wealth, but it's not a one-size-fits-all solution. Especially in pricey spots like the Pacific Northwest, the rent vs. buy decision can be super complicated. My job? Help you figure out what works best for YOUR life and your business.

Why shouldn't I use you?

Fair warning - I'm not your typical broker:

  • Want a "yes" person who'll just nod and agree? Hard pass. I'm gonna be brutally honest, potentially point out things you might not want to hear, and I'm more likely to give you reasons NOT to do a deal than to push you into one.

  • Looking for a fancy, buttoned-up experience? Not my style. I dress for comfort and practicality. You're more likely to find me ready to hop on a roof and check out property issues than strutting around in uncomfortable shoes.

  • Hoping someone will politely laugh at harmful or closed-minded opinions? Definitely not me. I work with people who are inclusive, open-minded, and respectful.
